If our visitors/travelers feel any problem or do not wish to visit the booking place or wish to change the booking date, they have to do a mail, SMS, Call, or WhatsApp from their registered email id or mobile number. We will accept your request and also inform you about your request. Your cancellation request will be initiated within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
If the customer wants to cancel his/her booking and fulfills the following conditions we charge documentation with a miscellaneous expense charge of INR 2000. This condition will be applicable for condition no. 4.
- 10 days prior to the date of travel – 100% of the package Cost as a cancellation charge.
- 10 to 20 days prior to the date of travel – 25% will be refunded on your advance payment.
- 21 to 45 days prior to the date of travel – 50% will be refunded on your advance payment.
- More than 45 days – full Refund on your advance payment excluding processing fees.
After initiation of your cancellation request, you will get a refund amount (according to the above-mentioned policy) within 7 working days in your original payment methode.
